A few changes to the college football list

Dwayne Wallace, an offensive lineman from California-Berkeley who sat out the 2017 season, is no longer committed to Ole Miss. Wallace pledged to go to the Rebels a month ago as a graduate transfer, but according to reports, the coaching staff has decided to go in a different direction. Wallace is now back on the Potential Transfer list and is still eligible to play FBS football this fall.

Meanwhile, Dalvin Warmack, has decided to stay at Kansas State. The running back announced his intent to take a grad transfer last month, but has had a change of heart. He figures to be part of the running back rotation for the Wildcats this fall.

A pair of Kansas State grad transfers and other news

Dominique Heath, a wide receiver, has announced his intention to take a graduate transfer for his last year of eligibility. He posted 200 yards receiving last season, and leaves Kansas State with just under 1,000 yards for his career. He'll graduate in May.

Dalvin Warmick will also graduate in May and then play his final season of college football elsewhere. Warmick is a running back and averaged about 5 yards a carry in a backup role last season.

They join running back Winston Dimmel as Wildcats who have taken grad transfers this off-season.

Meanwhile, there may be mutual interest between Alabama and grad transfer quarterback Gardner Minshew. Minshew left East Carolina last month, and Alabama is looking for quarterback depth. Stay tuned.
