FCS players move to FBS and other transfer news

A couple of new commits to report in the college football world.

Landon Stratton, a punter, is taking a graduate transfer from Murray State to Georgia. Stratton was originally on the "Other Grad Transfer" list, having previously pledged to Houston Baptist.

John Austin Cook, an offensive lineman, is taking his grad transfer from Central Arkansas to South Alabama. Cook was an All-American in FCS, and he's taking his last year of eligibility to match up against FBS competition.

Also, Tre Watson, a running back, announced his graduate transfer to Texas yesterday. He'll join the Longhorns after graduating from California.

Additionally, Demarcus Felton, a running back, plans to take a grad transfer from Texas Tech.

Two grad transfers on the basketball list

Keyshawn Woods, a guard from Wake Forest, is graduating this spring. Whether he uses his graduate transfer is unclear at the moment, but he does have one year of eligibility remaining. He was the 6th man for the Deacs this year and put up 12 points a game. He's certain to be in demand if he decides to play another year of college basketball.

Meanwhile, Otas Iyekekpolor, a forward from Central Arkansas, is on the grad transfer market. The Canadian transplant has one year of eligibility remaining. He's been a role player for the Bears for the last couple of seasons, and he told us he's looking for another Division 1 opportunity.
